Bryan Valiquette, President of Discovery Bay Builders Corp., oversees all aspects of the construction process from planning/design to foundation to occupancy. He has a highly relevant background when it comes to new home building and home renovations. He is an Architectural Technologist and Project Manager with over 30 years of experience in both residential and commercial construction, with formal training in professional project management and building science. Over his career thus far, Bryan has been involved in every aspect of building design, construction, renovation and maintenance. This includes CADD design, budgeting/cost control, carpentry, project management, customer relations and quality assurance. This broad experience gives Bryan a unique perspective when it comes to renovating and building homes; he understands integrated “building science” in ways that many builders and renovators may not. Furthermore, his training as a Home Inspector has improved his eye for problem identification, allowing him to investigate potential issues and provide the appropriate correction in an efficient manner.
